The Kirk Session is delighted to announce that we are in the process of preparing St. Nicholas to re-open for in-person worship on Sunday 13th of June. The maximum amount of people allowed in the building at any one time is 50 due to the 2m social-distancing rule. We do not wish to turn anyone away at the door and therefore we will be working with a booking system on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once a particular Sunday is fully booked, you will be given the option to book for the next Sunday. We will only be taking bookings week-by-week. Please contact Mrs. Carol Ewing to book a place from a Monday to a Wednesday between office hours of 9am-11am, on Mobile phone: 07862 953847 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Things will look a little bit different than normal: we will all need to wear face coverings for the entire service; hand sanitisers will be available at the door and a duty elder will show you where to sit, as the inside of the church has been prepared with signs and markers of where to sit (which may mean that you won’t be able to sit in your usual spot) and which doors and exits to use.
The service will also be recorded for those who will not be able to be in church, and will be made available on Youtube, Facebook and the website, by a Sunday evening. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Hanneke on 01506 206045 or email@example.com or your district elder, and we would be happy to assist you with any questions or queries.
